Both rain and shine, this wedding was a-mazing! The combination of how precious and warm Kevin and Mattie are with the beautiful sky and surroundings made this day one to remember. [I’m going to go crazy with descriptive words here, warning! BUT I’m just so excited to share the details of what this day was like]. It started out as a cloudy, sort of rainy day, but just enough bright cloudiness for us to think “this is still going to be a really beautiful day”. It did rain (and it poured - hard!), but call me crazy, the rain sounds against the clear reception tent with stunningly fresh florals all around (thank you Remi + Gold) just made the “getting ready” moments really beautiful and real. Not to mention, filming alongside the sweetest and most affirming photographer team made the day feel so smooth and fun (Sophie Epton Photography). The bright peach sun came out just in time for the ceremony and a perfect night sky to follow with an overwhelmingly amount of crazy dancing and laughter. I kept noticing Kevin’s gaze into Mattie and at one point him crying into her shoulder. I can’t handle it, you guys. These two are the kind of people you just want to hug and know.
